Brooklyn Center, MN – An endangered missing person alert has been issued for Amarie Latoya Lumpkin, a 15-year-old girl from Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA). Lumpkin was last seen on July 5th.
