The restaurant was not involved in the incident, the shooting did not occur inside or directly in front of The Daiquiri Factory, and there was no argument, altercation or dispute inside the establishment that led to the incident.
According to information provided to management, the incident occurred in the vicinity of 1583 Howell Mill Road.
