Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA), the data foundation for the multifamily housing industry, today announced that it has named David Woolenberg as Chief Executive Officer, following a year of record growth in which REBA’s revenue nearly doubled. Co-Founder Donald Davidoff will continue to play an active role in the business as Executive Chairman, with increased focus on customers and industry engagement.
Woolenberg brings significant experience leading and scaling technology businesses, adding to REBA’s leadership capabilities as the company continues its rapid expansion. His appointment comes alongside an investment from PSG, a leading growth equity firm specializing in software and technology-enabled services companies, with meaningful ongoing participation from existing investor Blueprint Equity and co-founders Donald Davidoff and Chris Brust. PSG brings deep expertise in real estate technology, financial technology, and artificial intelligence and operational resources to help REBA scale and continue innovating its product offering, building on the company’s track record of translating customer needs into differentiated products.
Prior to joining REBA, Woolenberg served as CEO of Duetto, a hospitality revenue management software and data company. During his tenure, Duetto expanded its global footprint and product offering and was acquired by GrowthCurve Capital in 2024. Woolenberg previously spent more than 15 years at Digital River, where he held several senior leadership roles.
“REBA has grown tremendously over the last several years, and this is a natural evolution for the company,” said Davidoff. “David brings the experience and perspective on vertical data platforms, product and AI innovation, and client service that REBA needs as we continue to scale, and I have tremendous confidence in his leadership. As Executive Chairman, I’ll remain actively engaged with the business, with more time to spend with our customers and prospects and to engage more broadly with the industry. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built and excited about what lies ahead for REBA.”
“Donald and the REBA team have developed a differentiated business by staying incredibly close to customers, deeply understanding their needs and translating those insights into products that deliver real value,” said Woolenberg. “My focus is to build on what is already working, drawing on my experience scaling technology businesses while maintaining that customer focus. We have a significant opportunity ahead to establish REBA as the go-to business intelligence layer for property technology.”
“REBA has built tremendous momentum and a strong position in a large and evolving market by combining industry expertise, a focus on data transparency and compliance, and customer centric product development,” said RJ Gentile, Principal at PSG. “We see significant opportunity to build on that success, and we look forward to partnering with David and the REBA team on this next stage of the journey. We believe that REBA can become the AI-enabled system of action for multifamily rental owners, investors, and operators, and a special company within vertical technology.”
Raymond James Financial served as the financial advisor to REBA, and Kutak Rock LLP served as the company’s legal advisor. Latham & Watkins LLP served as legal counsel to PSG, and Houlihan Lokey served as its financial advisor.
