The Miami AI agency hit the milestone after years of testing AI tools internally before offering them to clients, including its three-year Rising Ground deal
MIAMI, FL, UNITED STATES, August 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — LOW/CODE Agency has delivered its 450th project for a client, the Miami AI agency said, spanning a list that ranges from funded early-stage startups to Coca-Cola, American Express, Zapier, Sotheby’s and Medtronic. Jesus Vargas, who founded the firm in 2019, said the count reflects a standard the firm has held since its first year: nothing goes to a client until it has run inside LOW/CODE Agency’s own operation first.
That standard applies directly to AI. Before selling a client a single AI agent, the firm built one and ran it inside its own business, testing it against real work rather than a demo. The practice has carried through all 450 projects and is now central to how the firm builds AI systems for clients, from lead-qualification agents to internal reporting tools.
The clearest evidence of that standard holding over time is Rising Ground, one of New York’s leading human services organizations, where LOW/CODE Agency has served as the product team since 2024 and is now entering its third year of an annual engagement. What began as a single application to manage Rising Ground’s vehicle fleet, tracking license compliance, accident reporting and cost control across more than 30,000 records for 611 drivers and 174 vehicles, has grown into five connected applications: an asset-issuance system covering 1,600 employees, a routing platform for daily pickups and deliveries, a real estate management tool, and a fifth system for warehouse and surplus assets currently in design. As Fleet’s data volume grew tenfold, LOW/CODE Agency rebuilt the underlying infrastructure to match it without downtime or a restart.
That pattern, a single build evolving into the system a client’s operation runs on, holds across LOW/CODE Agency’s full client base: 90% of its clients return for their next build.
“Four hundred fifty is a number, but the number only means something because of how we got there,” said Jesus Vargas, founder and CEO of LOW/CODE Agency. “We don’t hand a client something we haven’t already stress-tested ourselves, and we don’t disappear once we do. Rising Ground is still on its first application’s third birthday, and we’re already five deep.”
LOW/CODE Agency said it will hold the same standard on its next set of AI products, several of which are already running internally ahead of client release later this year, alongside continued work with long-term clients like Rising Ground, where the fifth application remains in active design.
“I’m honestly blown away by how good this is. What used to be a manual process in spreadsheets now feels cleaner, more accountable, and much easier to manage. I’m so grateful for the direction we’re headed.” said Jordan Katon, Vice President of Operations at Rising Ground.
