Once-daily capsule containing green tea extract, green coffee bean extract, Garcinia cambogia extract, raspberry ketone, and caffeine anhydrous. Every ingredient is named on the Supplement Facts panel with no proprietary blend. Made in the United States in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility, sold in 60-, 90-, and 180-day packages from $49 per bottle, with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
SodaSlim is a five-ingredient daily capsule for adults who want a simple metabolism-support supplement alongside diet and exercise. Its selling point is a short, fully disclosed ingredient list rather than a long proprietary blend. This release covers what is in it, what it costs, what the published research on each ingredient actually found, and who should not take it.
LARGO, Fla., August 7, 2026 — SodaSlim today announced availability of its once-daily weight management capsule, entering a crowded category with a deliberately short formula and a fully itemized label.
Most supplements in this category list ten to twenty components under a single combined weight, which tells a buyer nothing about how much of anything they are getting. SodaSlim takes the opposite approach: five ingredients, each named and quantified on the Supplement Facts panel, with no proprietary blend. For buyers who want to compare a product against published research, or check it against something they already take, that disclosure is the difference between being able to and not.
The capsule is taken once daily and is positioned as an addition to a calorie-controlled diet and regular activity, not a replacement for either. The company states the product is manufactured in the United States in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility. FDA registration is a filing requirement for the facility and is not FDA approval of the product.
The full Supplement Facts panel and current package options are published on the official SodaSlim product page
What Is in SodaSlim
Five ingredients, each disclosed individually on the label:
-
Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), standardized for catechins including EGCG
-
Green coffee bean extract, standardized for chlorogenic acids
-
Garcinia cambogia extract, standardized for hydroxycitric acid (HCA)
-
Raspberry ketone
-
Caffeine anhydrous
Buyers should note one thing about this combination before reading further: three of the five ingredients contain caffeine. Caffeine anhydrous is caffeine by definition, and both green tea extract and green coffee bean extract carry it naturally. The total per capsule is whatever the label states, and anyone sensitive to stimulants should check that figure and count it against coffee, tea, and soft drinks consumed the same day.
Pricing, Packages, and Guarantee
SodaSlim is sold through the company’s official website in three package sizes:
-
Two bottles (60-day supply)
-
Three bottles (90-day supply)
-
Six bottles (180-day supply), from $49 per bottle, including free U.S. shipping and digital bonus guides
Per-bottle pricing falls as package size rises, and current advertised pricing starts at $49 per bottle on the largest package [CONFIRM ALL TIERS AGAINST THE LIVE ORDER PAGE BEFORE FILING]. All purchases are one-time transactions. Pricing and promotional terms change from time to time, so buyers should confirm current figures at checkout rather than relying on any third-party description, including this one.
Every order carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. Buyers who are not satisfied may contact customer support within the window and request a refund under the published return terms. Retain the order confirmation and return instructions. Third-party marketplace listings are not necessarily covered by the same guarantee, so buyers ordering elsewhere should not assume it applies unless the seller confirms it.
Current pricing and guarantee terms are listed on the SodaSlim ordering page.
Statement from the Company
“We chose five ingredients and put every one of them on the label with its amount, because a buyer cannot evaluate what a proprietary blend is hiding. We would rather be judged on a short honest list than a long vague one. What this product is meant to do is support an effort someone is already making with food and activity. It is not a substitute for either, and we do not present it as one.”

What the Research on Each Ingredient Found
The studies below examined each ingredient on its own, independently of SodaSlim, at doses this product may not match. No clinical trial of the finished SodaSlim formula has been published. These citations show each ingredient has been studied. They do not show that SodaSlim reproduces any result described, and no such claim is made.
Green tea extract. The most studied of the five. A GRADE-assessed systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis in the International Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition (Dehzad, M.J., et al., 2025, “Effects of green tea supplementation on obesity indices and adipokines in adults,” 76(4):340–369, doi:10.1080/09637486.2025.2496400) pooled dozens of randomized trials and found an average body weight reduction of 0.74 kg, with smaller reductions in BMI, waist circumference, and body fat percentage.
Green coffee bean extract. A systematic review and meta-analysis in Gastroenterology Research and Practice (Onakpoya, I., Terry, R., & Ernst, E., 2011, “The use of green coffee extract as a weight loss supplement,” 2011:382852, doi:10.1155/2011/382852) pooled three trials and found a 2.47 kg difference against placebo. The authors noted that only three trials qualified and that all of them carried a high risk of bias, and concluded that better-designed studies were needed.
Garcinia cambogia extract. A systematic review and meta-analysis in the Journal of Obesity (Onakpoya, I., et al., 2011, “The use of Garcinia extract (hydroxycitric acid) as a weight loss supplement,” 2011:509038, doi:10.1155/2011/509038) pooled nine trials and found a 0.88 kg difference against placebo, with the confidence interval reaching zero. The reviewers also reported that gastrointestinal adverse events occurred about twice as often in the HCA group as in placebo in one included trial.
Raspberry ketone. The weakest evidence of the five, and this should be stated plainly. Interest in raspberry ketone comes from cell culture and animal studies suggesting effects on lipid metabolism. Those findings have not been reproduced in human randomized trials, because essentially none have been conducted on raspberry ketone as an isolated ingredient for weight management. There is currently no reliable human evidence of a weight-loss effect.
Caffeine anhydrous. The best-established ingredient here, though for a narrower set of effects than weight loss. Caffeine reliably increases alertness, reduces perceived effort, and produces a short-term rise in energy expenditure. Those effects diminish as tolerance develops with habitual use. FDA guidance cites 400 mg per day as an amount not generally associated with dangerous effects in healthy adults, counting all sources.
Setting Expectations
Read together, the numbers above describe modest effects. The two ingredients with the most credible pooled data show average differences under one kilogram and around two and a half kilograms respectively, the larger of those resting on three trials the reviewers themselves flagged as high risk of bias. One ingredient has effectively no human evidence. Caffeine works, but mainly on alertness and short-term energy expenditure.
That is a reason for realistic expectations rather than a reason to dismiss the category. Supplements of this kind are studied as adjuncts to calorie control and activity, and that is how the research treats them. Anyone expecting a supplement to do the work of a diet will be disappointed by this product and by every other product in the category.
Safety Information and Who Should Not Take It
Two ingredients in this formula have documented liver-safety signals, and buyers should know about both.
Concentrated green tea extract is not the same as drinking green tea. A comprehensive review by the United States Pharmacopeia’s Green Tea Extract Hepatotoxicity Expert Panel (Oketch-Rabah, H.A., et al., 2020, Toxicology Reports) concluded that green tea extract can cause liver injury, with case reports spanning a wide range of EGCG intakes and substantial variation between individuals. USP added cautionary labeling to its powdered decaffeinated green tea extract monograph advising users not to take it on an empty stomach, to take it with food, not to use it if they have a liver problem, and to stop and consult a practitioner if symptoms of liver trouble develop, such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice. The European Food Safety Authority reached a similar conclusion in 2018 regarding higher EGCG doses. That guidance applies to this product.
Garcinia cambogia has also been associated with liver injury in published case reports, including a case report and literature review in Case Reports in Hepatology (Kothadia, J.P., et al., 2018, doi:10.1155/2018/6483605).
Do not use SodaSlim, and consult a physician first, if any of the following apply:
-
You have any liver condition, or a history of liver problems
-
You are pregnant or nursing
-
You are sensitive to caffeine, or you already consume significant caffeine from other sources
-
You have a cardiovascular condition, high blood pressure, an arrhythmia, or an anxiety disorder
-
You take prescription medication of any kind, since caffeine and green tea catechins interact with several drug classes
-
You are under 18
Take with food rather than on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the labeled serving. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience abdominal pain, dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, a racing heartbeat, or persistent difficulty sleeping.
Market Context
The following figures are independent industry context drawn from third-party market research and are not claims by SodaSlim about its own performance. The global weight management supplement market was valued at approximately $35.8 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $127.9 billion by 2034, at a compound annual growth rate of 13.6 percent, according to Market.us (Weight Management Supplements Market Report, Market.us, 2025; market.us). Clean-label demand and preference for disclosed ingredient lists over proprietary blends are among the trends cited across the category.
